The Grandey Group

Michaela was always available to take us to see homes and was always very timely with her response to our questions. She is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. She did a phenomenal job on both sides of the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend her.

Michaela is the best! She made the home-buying experience easy even in this crazy real estate market right now. She answered texts and questions immediately, was unbelievably knowledgeable about the community and home-buying process, and was willing to work on Mother's Day and Easter and keep her schedule flexible for us to see houses and make offers, even at the last minute. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a new home in the Columbus area!

I've known Betsy for almost 25 years. She has been a part of buying and selling every house we've ever lived in, and she's always my first call if I have any questions. Betsy will give you honest answers and provide honest feedback.

We have bought and sold many homes in the past forty years. Michaela Grandey is, by far, the best realtor for the task of buying or selling a home. First, Michaela is knowledgeable about homes, codes, and current market trends. Second, Ms. Grandey's quick response time to phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings is amazing. I'm sure she is Wonder Woman! Third, she was organized, efficient, and on target with each step of the process. It was a pleasure working with Michaela Grandey. We could not be more pleased with our choice of realtor to sell our home. She is a true professional and top in her field! Thanks, Michaela.

We have had an excellent experience each time we have worked with the Grandey Group, from finding our first condo to our second home when our family expanded, to our current home. Each time, they made what could have been a stressful transaction completely seamless. The Grandey Group always goes above and beyond! Definitely recommend!

Since the current seller's market began in Columbus, Betsy has been instrumental in helping me find and purchase two ideal homes (and sell 2 homes). Throughout the house-hunt process, Betsy was responsive, patient, and a source of valuable insight. One of the homes I purchased was in need of TLC; in fact, I almost turned around and walked out as soon as I entered the house. Betsy helped me see its potential. Before I had made up my mind on what to offer, and as I was heading out the door to go to work, Betsy called me with news that the seller had received an offer. Thanks to Betsy and modern technology, by the time I got to work, I had submitted wh...

We truly think of Michaela as a part of our family. There is no other realtor that we'd trust to have our family's best interests in mind. She and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Her ability to turn our house-hunting criteria and feedback into solid purchase options is incredible! We would highly recommend the Grandey Group!

Michaela has helped us look for a house over the past 3 years. She's been patient with the market and us, as things have changed so much. She advised us realistically and set us up with what it takes to get a house in this market. Success! I'm not sure another realtor would have been so knowledgeable and aggressive. We appreciate her and are grateful to move forward to our new home. She's a Dublin expert—if that's where you want to be—but she and her team also work in all Columbus areas.

Michaela was extremely helpful to us as first-time home buyers. It was a really hard market for us to be in, but she was always available for questions and scheduled all of the showings we requested. She truly made this experience much easier and even fun!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Michaela! She's always responsive, knows the market so well, and was able to give us guidance when purchasing our new house and help sell our house quickly and at a price that exceeded all expectations! I'd highly recommend them when buying or selling your house, especially in this crazy housing market!
